Sleeveless Trench: River Island, Shirt: Topshop (similar), Pants: Aritzia, Shoes: Yeezy 350 Boosts, Bag: Alexander Wang
As the days get shorter, so are my sleeves. Usually in the autumn I would be covering up as much as possible but I just can’t seem to let go of the sleeveless trench trend. Ever since last year when I saw a long cream coloured trench at Zara I knew this was going to be trend that stuck around. This year’s version is saving some fabric and losing the sleeves. While I was in the UK, I got this long black sleeveless trench at River Island (as well as a sleeveless blazer from Topshop that I’ve been wearing constantly). With my new job I’m constantly running around and it’s nice not to be restricted by sleeves.
What I love about trends like this is that everyone will wear it differently. Since I love sneakers and being comfortable I went with my go-to: my Yeezy 350 Boosts. If you own a pair (which it seems like everyone in Vancouver does) then you know how comfortable these are. After a long week of school and work, these were perfect to wear on a Sunday morning before rushing off back to work in booties. Can’t speak for everyone but I’m definitely counting down the days to Christmas vacation already.
