Wool “Canada” Scarf: Acne Studios, Jacket: Oak and Fort, Jeans: ASOS, Booties: ASOS, Reversible Leather Tote: Nordstrom
Do you ever see something you really want and for months or years even, that desire never seems to go away? I have, and that’s exactly how I felt about this 100% virgin wool “Canada” scarf from Acne Studios. In the summer I wrote about how my Acne jeans are the perfect pair of denim pants and I’m so happy to be adding another Acne product to my closet. It’s soft and light yet super warm. It comes in a variety of colours, camel being my second choice, but I’m looking for a long camel coat and I didn’t want to have the same colour in this scarf because I knew that I would wear it constantly. If you’re looking to upgrade from the basic Aritzia blanket scarf I would highly recommend a style like this (although Aritzia is making a similar copy for half the price). If I could afford to dress head to toe in Acne Studios, I would.
I’m a firm believer in the three piece rule; any boring outfit (a top and bottoms, not including shoes) can instantly be upgraded by a third piece such as a jacket, scarf, cardigan, or other accessory. One thing I have an abundance of in my closet is jackets, but now that I have this scarf I know I’ll be wearing it all the time to improve my day-to-day looks.

Hi Veena! The heel is about 3 inches on these and they’re really comfortable, they’re from ASOS and the name is the RAMSDEN Western Leather Zip Ankle Boots (there’s a link right under the photos in case you can’t find them). Thank you! Xx

Thank you so much Louise! I took a look at your blog as well and I’m in love with your theme and layout!! xx
Not exactly relevant to this post specifically, but I was wondering if you could give me some fashion advice! I recently bought a black leather vest and am running out of outfits to wear with it. What would you suggest? Love the blog, thanks so much xx

Hi Kirsten! I’m so jealous you have a leather vest because I’ve been looking for one forever, what I love about vests and jackets is that they compliment any outfit so nicely. For the fall I would wear one with lightwashed ripped jeans and a loose knit neutral coloured sweater, or with black skinny jeans and booties and a button up top, even with a plain white t-shirt and skinny jeans and converse. I get a lot of outfit inspiration from pinterest and tumblr just by searching a single item. Hope that helps and thank you so much for the support!! xx
I love your style! I was wondering where is that pink wall located?
